Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu: Thịt hộp thái hạt lựu. Thơm làm sạch, thái hạt lựu. Hành lá rửa sạch, băm nhuyễn. Trứng gà đánh tan trong một cái bát. Bắc chảo lên bếp, thả thịt hộp vào xào sơ cho chín vàng.
Cho dầu ăn vào chảo, đun nóng, rót bát trứng vào và chiên sơ trứng, vớt trứng ra ngoài. Nếu thấy chảo quá khô, bạn có thể cho thêm ít dầu nữa vào rồi trút phần cơm vào chảo, chiên khoảng 5 phút cho nóng. Cho trứng gà, thịt nguội, thơm, hành lá, muối, tiêu vào. Đảo đều tất cả rồi tắt bếp.
Xúc cơm ra bát và thưởng thức. Từng hạt cơm mềm dẻo, thấm gia vị mằn mặn ăn cùng thơm ngọt chua tạo cảm giác ngon, lạ nhưng không ngán đâu nhé. Bạn hãy thử làm ngay món này cho bữa cơm sáng của cả nhà nha, đảm bảo ai cũng phải tấm tắc khen đấy.
