STOPPED WORKING AFTER 8 WEEKS
Initially I thought the normal setting jet spray at 100 psi was too strong but it is true that your teeth/gums quickly get used to it. I have been using it several times a day for about a month and would DEFINITELY recommend this product. My teeth appeared whiter after 2-3 weeks. I also practice coconut oil pulling which also whitens teeth and I wasn’t expecting further whitening affect. I always had yellow tinge on the sides of top molars for years and years and read that residual plaque/biofilm will cause this yellow tinge. So happy that water flossing has completely removed the tinge. It is true that no matter how diligently I brushed I always noticed tiny traces of biofilm at gum line but not so after using this water flosser. The size is convenient for traveling although I have to refill the chamber (even for 1 session) I don’t mind because it means I can gradually increase the water temperature for the subsequent session(s). I am very pleased with this product and am even considering buying a second one to leave/use at the office. UPDATE June 25, 2018. I have reduced my initial 5 star rating to 1 star because it has stopped working effectively after only 8 weeks. The power behind the water jet just suddenly diminished (mid-use) and no longer cleans. Like most people, I HATE wasting my money on a product that just works fantastically for 2 months! Not good and not fair on the consumer. UPDATE June 28, 2018. I put my rating back to 5 stars (from 1) solely because this sellers customer service is EXCELLENT. My device worked well for about 2 months and then just started to emit a weak water jet/spray that wasn't cleaning teeth at all. I hope my device was just a rogue one but I can tell you that the seller immediately contacted me and provided a refund. I sense they care about receiving honest feedback, will attempt to address such rogue occurrences and care about their customer-satisfaction. Many thanks to them.

Great replacement for larger model
Looking at some of the negative reviews I wondered if this compact version would be as satisfactory as our old (messy) counter-top model. We have found it to be strong enough to suite the purpose (and I have some very crooked teeth!). My husband has sensitivity and prefers the lower setting, I have terrific results with the high or pulse settings. I love that it fits into our medicine cabinet (it takes up a space about the size of a shampoo bottle). It can be used over the sink without the mead and leaking like our old bulky model. My husband was thrilled to get this for Father's Day. I didn't expect to love it, but love it do!

Install Flash Player I purchased this to use at home daily and I wanted something that would be fairly compact to travel with. It was ready to go out of the box when I tried it out. I have since fully charged it and used it about 8 more times now and it is still on full charge. I expect it would last all month for my needs. Overall this is a simple to use system that does the job of the name brand for much less. I found that the soft setting was my preferred setting for flossing and pulse is good for gum massaging. The design is a simple reservoir on the bottom drawn up via a pump in the body with the spray pushed out the tip on top. You don't need much more than that. You can unscrew the reservoir from the pump for easy cleaning or filling. You can also fill from the side port. I am glad it has so many tips, I expect to use it for a long time to come! Be cautioned on how you grab it though. One of the first times I handled it after filling it I accidentally turned it on and the water stream hit my ceiling!

I'm extremely happy with this product. After using a similar Waterpik for about 5 years, this one is so much more powerful and effective. It has 3 settings: low, high and pulse. It's very easy to fill the little water reservoir at the bottom by holding it under the faucet horizontally. I sometimes add mouthwash to the reservoir, too, to make my breathe minty fresh while I'm "flossing" with this device. The only downside might be that it comes with only two interchangeable tips. If you have more than 2 people who want to use it, you would have to see if you can buy replacement tips. That said, I would highly recommend this one. It's effective and powerful!

Everyone should own one of these. Even with annual dental cleanings this should be used daily with a peroxide mix to keep your teeth clean, healthy, and white. I fill the tank with 1 part 3% hydrogen peroxide and 3 parts water. I would normally suggest to use distilled water but the cost of replacing this unit over the cost of all the distilled water you would be purchasing would be less over time at .89 a gallon. The purpose of distilled water over tap water would be to eliminate the possibility of deposits left in the unit. If you have braces or your kids have braces or are going to get braces you need a water flosser. This one in particular doesn't take up a whole lot of space on the counter. I replaced my large tank water flosser with this because the other tank unit was so bulky and not easy to travel with. This is very easy to clean and leaves your mouth feeling very clean. The battery lasts a very long time in between charges which is nice and there are two methods to fill up the water tank, an easy to pop open back door and removal of the tank. I advise removing the water from the tank when storing and leaving the door open to let it air out.

Nice little package, including 4 tips (3 different colors), charging cable with plug and a bag to store it all in. The system was very easy to use and fill up the water. The water pressure is really good, strong enough that you want to avoid hitting bottom of the tongue (easy to do, if paying attention), reminds me of the ones at the dentist office. Has 3 settings, normal, soft and pulsating, all worked well.
